Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) programs
The Psychology Clinic offers a range of group therapy options that are based on CBT, including 6 week-intensive programs, as well as an ongoing CBT General Skills and support program that focuses on a wide range of topics aimed at increasing mental health and improving wellbeing, and resilience to adversity.
Our 6 week group therapy programs run continually throughout the year. Sessions occur one day each week, from 9.00am - 12.30pm, for a period of 6 weeks. Morning tea is provided. Other session times may be available depending on demand. Groups include:

- CBT for Depression Management
- CBT for Self-Esteem Management
- Mindfulness Skills
- Creating Psychological Wellness and Resilience
